Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on briefs, jocks, and jammers
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we recommend using a trackable service)

Exchanges
For size exchanges on our premium fitted trunks, boxer briefs, or lounge pants:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange size in your return request
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges (except international customers)
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our Gymwear, Resort collections, or other products:
